Mercedes-Benz Unveils Pricing for Upgraded AMG GT63 SE Performance

Mercedes-Benz has revealed the pricing for its revamped AMG GT63 SE Performance 4Matic+ 4-door Coupe, and it’s not for the faint-hearted.

This model stands as one of the most formidable AMG offerings available, boasting an impressive performance that demands attention among the competitive high-performance sports cars.

Tipping the scales at a substantial 2 348 kilograms, this car might not be the lightest in its class. However, where it lacks in weight, it compensates with sheer power and meticulous engineering. Housing a 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine coupled with an electric motor, it churns out an astounding 620 kW of power and 1 470 Nm of torque.

From our hands-on experience with the vehicle, it’s evident that this German powerhouse can rocket to 100 km/h from a standstill in an astonishingly quick 2.91 seconds, outpacing many contemporary sports cars. Its braking capabilities are equally commendable, bringing the GT63 S E to a stop in an impressive 2.64 seconds, underscoring its capacity to swiftly control its immense speed.

As for the price, well let’s just say the price tag aligns with the prowess it offers. It’s important to note that this model isn’t for everyone, it’s specifically designed for enthusiasts who seek an unrivalled combination of power, speed, and precision.

So how much is it? 

Okay, now let’s get into it. The newly refreshed Mercedes-AMG GT63 SE Performance 4Matic+ 4-door Coupe costs R4 036 144 and consequently is the most expensive Mercedes-AMG model in the firm’s local lineup. Mercedes-AMG GT63 SE Performance commands attention not only for its formidable performance but also for its considerable price tag.
