Typically designed to be robust workhorses both on and off the road, full-size bakkies offer a canvas for modifications. Following its official production debut, the Tesla Cybertruck has inspired independent designer Robert Design to embark on a digital makeover, featuring an assertive body kit and new wheels. The resulting aesthetic leans more towards that of a car than that of a bakkie.

While these renderings showcase a meticulously crafted 3D model that appears remarkably authentic, they currently exist solely in the digital realm, awaiting the possibility of transformation into a tangible reality should a Cybertruck owner decide to adopt these modifications.

A key highlight of this imaginative tuning project is the notably lowered suspension, bringing the Cybertruck’s ground clearance closer to that of a performance car. The custom body kit introduces a more pronounced lower section on the front bumper, featuring a glossy black splitter. Along the sides, the angular fender extensions seamlessly integrate intakes, adhering to the Cybertruck’s distinct styling language and enhancing its overall width and stance. Equipped with wider five-spoke alloy wheels enveloped in sleek tires, the electric vehicle now boasts side skirts with aerodynamic fins extending from the bodywork. Turning attention to the rear, the designer opts for a cleaner aesthetic without a rear wing, yet incorporates a new rear bumper complementing the wide fenders and showcasing a glossy black diffuser.

Anticipate a diverse array of modifications, ranging from overlander builds to sporty-themed trucks, as the first Cybertruck examples navigate the roads of the United States.
