Ticket sales for the 15th Simola Hillclimb are Officially Open

Ticket sales for the 15th edition of the Simola Hillclimb in Knysna, are now open. Taking place from May 1st to 4th, 2025, the event promises thrilling action on the iconic Simola Hill as drivers battle it out for supremacy in the King of the Hill competition.

General Admission

For those looking to attend the event, General Entry tickets are available at R170 per day when purchased online, with a 3-day pass priced at R420. This pass covers the full experience, including Classic Car Friday on May 2nd and the two days of King of the Hill competition on May 3rd and 4th. For those purchasing tickets at the event itself, prices rise to R190 for daily access and R500 for the 3-day pass. Children under 12 enjoy free entry when accompanied by an adult.

Pit Access & Grandstands

For a closer look at the action, Pit Access tickets are available at R270 per day or R750 for the full 3-day experience when bought online. At the gate, these tickets will cost R300 and R850, respectively. The Pit Access option allows fans to get up close to the cars and drivers, but tickets are strictly limited and typically sell out well in advance, so early booking is advised.

The P1 VIP Parking ticket, priced at R150 per day, is a good option for those with Pit Access, as it’s located near the pit complex. This can only be bought online and is not available at the event.

Grandstand seating offers two prime viewing locations: the Turn 2 Grandstand and the Esses Grandstand. Located on different sections of the hill, both offer spectacular views of the action, from the high-speed uphill section to the twisting corners leading to the finish. Tickets for the grandstands are priced at R270 per day or R750 for the full 3-day pass online. At the gate, expect to pay R300 per day or R850 for all three days.

Le Mans VIP Hospitality

For those seeking an upscale experience, the Le Mans VIP Hospitality package provides a luxurious way to enjoy the event. Located in an elevated lounge with an unbeatable view of the pit lane and start line, this package offers a range of exclusive perks, including priority parking, Pit Access, and all-day food and beverages, including lunch, afternoon tea, and unlimited drinks (with a cash bar for alcohol).

Prices for the VIP hospitality range from R3 375 for Classic Car Friday to R10 750 for the full 3-day experience. Tickets for children under 12 are priced at R1 050 per day. These tickets are available only on the Simola Hillclimb website and are strictly limited to 250 guests per day.
