Mercedes-AMG will discontinue the CLA 45 S in 2026. However, before finally saying farewell to the coupé-styled, performance-focused compact sedan, the firm is giving it a fitting sendoff with the introduction of the Final Edition model.

The Final Edition package features model-specific exterior and interior design elements, the former including ‘45 S‘ decals on the front doors, yellow trim finishes, and a set of 19-inch alloy wheels. Finished in matter black, replete with yellow accents, the latter items house gloss black brake callipers. Only two paint options are on offer: MANUFAKTUR mountain grey magno and night black uni.

Stepping inside, the AMG Performance seats are upholstered in black MICROCUT microfibre and ARTICO synthetic leather, features yellow contrast stitching, and ’45 S’ embroidery on the front headrests. Similarly, yellow stitching has been applied to the Nappa leather and MICROCUT-wrapped multifunction AMG Performance steering wheel. The package further includes a ’45 S Final Edition’ plaque on the centre console and illuminated AMG door panels.

For buyers wanting to dial things their CLA 45 S Final Edition models also have the option of specifying the AMG Night Package and Aerodynamics Package. The Night Package adds elements like high-gloss black wing mirrors, among other items, while the optional Night Package II adds black chrome touches to the grille and badges. The Aerodynamics Package brings with it a larger front splitter, high-gloss black front flics and spoilers, and a more aggressive rear diffuser.

Under the bonnet, the engine remains unchanged. As a reminder, the CLA 45 S is powered by the marque’s M133 2.0-litre turbocharged four-pot, which delivers 310 kW to all four corners via an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission.
