Inspired by celestial bodies, the five bespoke creations in Jaguar Land Rover’s Range Rover Sport SV Celestial Collection come in the shape of the Gaea Curation, Theia Curation, Io Curation, Vega Curation, and Sol Curation.

The Gaea Curation takes inspiration from Earth, with this model’s bodywork gaining a Green Terre Matte finish, which is complemented by a Narvik Black contrast roof. Adding colour accents to the package, a bronze hue has been applied to the carbon-ceramic brakes.

The Theia Curation variant sports an Ilmenite Grey Satin paint finish, which features subtle metallic flakes to lend to the bodywork a “shimmering” appearance. The alloy wheels, which measure 23 inches in diameter, are finished in a gold hue. Black carbon-ceramic brakes are also included with this package.

The Io Curation draws inspiration from the most volcanically active body in the solar system. To represent this, this bespoke Range Rover Sport SV is dressed in orange paintwork. The bonnet features exposed carbon fibre. The tailpipes are fashioned from the same lightweight material. Silver carbon-ceramic brakes are sited behind the spokes of 23-inch carbon-fibre wheels.

The Vega Curation’s Verrier Blue body hue pays tribute to Urban La Verrier, the French astronomer who mathematically predicted where Neptune is sited in our galaxy. This variant’s bonnet also features exposed carbon fibre. 23-inch wheels and Nano Yellow carbon-ceramic brakes are present.

The Sol Curation takes inspiration from the sun. According to the British marque, this creation is dramatic, with its Aurora Yellow exterior finish, which pays tribute to the Aurora Borealis, lending it a striking appearance. Narvik Black has been applied to the contrast roof and 23-inch wheels. The carbon-ceramic brakes are finished in Blue Nebula.

“Today’s discerning luxury clients are looking for more than just aesthetics – we want to create vehicles with which they form personal connections and bonds. A Range Rover Sport is designed to make our clients feel connected, in control, and as relaxed or inspired as they wish behind the wheel. The Celestial Collection … is an ethereal and unique collection of some of our most luxurious vehicles, each beautifully crafted and considered, for the clients who value meaning, spirituality and storytelling,” said Geraldine Ingham, Managing Director for Range Rover.

Said Phoebe Lindsay, Materiality Manager for Range Rover, “The cosmos is a transcendent theme that crosses boundaries, fascinating and uniting people globally. It’s a theme that feels appropriate for the first collection for the Range Rover Sport SV – embodying modern luxury design, while pushing the boundaries of the British originality Range Rover is famed for.”

“The idea of mystery and intrigue from the celestial sky was key – the symbolism you can find throughout the collection draws a deeper meaning. These stories have been carefully considered to reflect the exemplary tastes of our clients,” Lindsay added.
