In June and September 2024, Bentley unwrapped the fourth-generation versions of the Continental GT Speed and Continental GTC, and Flying Spur, respectively. Now, the British luxury marque has revealed the pinnacle models of each — the Mulliner derivatives.

So, what sets the flagship variants apart from their standard stablemates? Well, for starters, the Mulliner models feature a new ‘Floating Diamond’ front grille, replete with a chrome-finished surround and centre bar; chrome-trimmed lower grilles; and chrome garnish for the tailpipes. The chrome finishes are complemented by the fitment of Satin Silver mirror caps. The aforementioned items are also available in gloss black. In addition, the Mulliner range is fitted with a set of “specifically designed” 22-inch wheels, available in Tungsten Grey or gloss black.

Like the exterior, the cabin is brimming with Mulliner-specific detailing. The latter includes ‘Mulliner’ embroidery for the seats (Bentley’s ‘Comfort Seat Specification’ is also available), while the LED instrument binnacle features “exclusive” graphics. A panoramic sunroof and sports pedals are also included, among many other items, in the Mulliner package.

As a reminder, the latest iterations of Bentley’s super grand tourer and its convertible sibling, and opulent saloon each employ the firm’s new ‘Ultra Performance Hybrid’ powertrain, a petrol-electric setup comprising a (441 kW/800 N.m) 4.0-litre V8 and a 140 kW/450 N.m electric motor, the latter of which is coupled with a 25.9 kWh battery pack.

In total, the plug-in hybrid arrangement produces a whopping 575 kW and 1 000 N.m of torque, which, Bentley claims, allow the Continental GT Speed to dispatch the 0-100 km/h sprint in 3.2 seconds, with its drop-top, GTC stablemate reaching the three-figure marker from a standstill in 3.4 seconds, and the Flying Spur completing the obligatory 0-100 km/h sprint in 3.5 seconds. The top speeds are rated at 335 km/h (Continental GT Speed), an electronically limited 285 km/h (Continental GTC), and 285 km/h (Flying Spur).

Noteworthy, however, is each of the new derivatives can operate on electricity alone, with the Continental GT Speed and Continental GTC offering a claimed 81 km of all-electric range, while  the Flying Spur can travel up to 76 km in pure silence.
