Mercedes-Benz Unveils the New V-Class V300d – Pricing!
Mercedes-Benz has officially introduced the 2024 V-Class V300d Exclusive in South Africa, showcasing a blend of style, luxury, and performance that draws inspiration from flagship models like the S-Class and Maybach.

The new V300d has an assertive front-end design, highlighted by a bold radiator grille and LED light band, flanked by adaptive LED headlights. The upright star on the bonnet, typically reserved for the marque’s most premium models, adds an iconic touch. At the rear, a chrome trim strip embossed with the Mercedes-Benz logo and newly styled LED taillights add to its distinctive appearance. Additionally, the V300d’s 19-inch Monobloc alloy wheels, with their bold craftsmanship, elevate the vehicle’s curb appeal.
Available in seven vibrant colors, including the new Kalahari Gold Metallic and Sodalite Blue Metallic, the V-Class offers further customization with High-tech Silver Metallic as the standard hue, complemented by Obsidian Black and other striking options.
Inside, the V300d continues a legacy of luxury. The instrument panel features dual 12.3-inch screens and stylish air vents, while the centre console includes wireless smartphone charging, keyless start, and ambient lighting in a range of 64 colours to set the ideal atmosphere. Seating accommodates up to six passengers plus the driver, with seats that can swivel to create a lounge-style environment. For added comfort, there’s an option for reclinable massage seats, creating a truly premium travel experience.

On the safety front, the V300d is equipped with numerous systems, including Attention Assist, Active Brake Assist with cross-traffic functionality, Blind Spot Assist, and Active Lane Keeping Assist. The adaptive headlights with Highbeam Assist Plus adjust to road and traffic conditions, enhancing visibility without impacting other drivers. For easier parking, the V-Class offers a 360-degree camera with Active Parking Assist, as well as a trailer manoeuvring assistant for added convenience.
Under the bonnet, the V300d houses a 1950 cc engine producing 174 kW, ensuring a spirited yet refined drive. The Agility Control suspension system adapts seamlessly to road conditions, promising a comfortable ride, whether on a daily commute or a longer journey. With a 3 200 kg GVM and a 25 000 km service interval, the V300d meets the needs of both business and leisure travel.
