Ford hints at hardcore Mustang Dark Horse SC’s power output

However, when the Blue Oval brand whipped the wraps off the latest model in its Mustang lineup, it remained tight-lipped about how much power this model’s 5.2-litre supercharged V8 produces. However, at a recent auction, where the first example (VIN 001) of this hardcore Mustang was sold for over R20 million , the US automaker hinted at its power output; saying “well over” 522 kW. Although the Mustang Dark Horse SC’s (seen here specified with the Track Pack) exact power output remains unconfirmed, this could suggest that it may produce as much power as the GT500, which employs a similar ‘Predator’ motor.
